Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Cohuno website and private AI workflow studio.
Effective and last updated: August 29, 20261. Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using Cohuno, you agree to these terms. If you use Cohuno for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contract-specific terms agreed in writing with Cohuno take precedence where they conflict with this public version.
2. Accounts and access
Workspace access uses Google sign-in and may be limited by an email or organization allowlist. You are responsible for your Google account, connected services, devices, and activity performed through your session. Do not share access or attempt to bypass account, domain, network, or workspace controls. Notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted use
You may use Cohuno only lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- infringe privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights;
- upload malicious code or use Cohuno to compromise systems or accounts;
- probe, overload, disrupt, or evade security and usage restrictions;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as verified where human review is required; or
- use connected tools or data without the permissions and legal basis required.
4. Your content and connections
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Cohuno the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service and the workflows you request. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and backup of your content, as well as for credentials, costs, limits, and terms imposed by model providers, MCP servers, repositories, and other connected services.
5. AI output and human review
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unexpected results. Outputs are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions, publications, tool calls, and other actions taken from them. Use approval gates and appropriate human oversight for consequential workflows.
6. Cohuno and third-party services
Cohuno and its original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the service under these terms. Cohuno may rely on third-party services that are governed by separate terms and may change or become unavailable. Cohuno is not responsible for third-party services you select.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
Cohuno may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or at the end of an applicable service arrangement. You may stop using Cohuno at any time and can contact support about deletion or export options.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cohuno is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free AI output. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
