一、范围及联系方式

本政策适用于 Cohuno 网站、登录流程、私人工作流程工作室以及相关支持。 Cohuno 是该服务使用的名称。问题、访问请求或删除请求可以发送至 [email protected].

2. 我们处理的信息

• 谷歌账户信息： 您的 Google 帐户标识符、经过验证的电子邮件地址、显示名称和个人资料图片（由 Google 提供）。 Cohuno 仅请求 openid, email, 和 profile 登录范围。 Cohuno 不会收到您的 Google 密码，不会验证返回的身份令牌，并且不会保留 Google 访问或刷新令牌。
• 电子邮件帐户信息： 当您选择电子邮件访问时，您经过验证的电子邮件地址、显示名称和单向密码哈希。 Cohuno 从不存储明文密码。短期验证码受到保护，过期后无法重复使用。
• 工作区内容： 工作流、代理和任务配置、运行输入和输出、计划、评估、知识源以及您选择存储或处理的其他内容。
• 连接信息： 提供程序、工具和 MCP 连接设置。 Cohuno 中保存的秘密值在静态时进行加密。
• 计费和人工智能使用信息： 信用购买、余额、临时持有、不可变的账本条目、绩效档案选择、测量使用、提供商请求参考、收费记录、退款和争议。支付处理器处理卡详细信息； Cohuno 接收交易标识符和付款状态，而不是您的完整卡号。
• 技术资料： 服务运行时生成的请求、错误、安全和诊断数据。这可能包括 IP 地址、浏览器信息、时间戳和请求的路由。
• 支持通讯： 当您联系 Cohuno 时您的姓名、经过验证的电子邮件地址、类别、主题、消息、案例历史记录、递送状态和操作员操作。未经验证的请求将被隔离，不会进入操作员收件箱。验证质询和代码仅存储为受保护的摘要。
• 存在和操作员信息： 从签名的浏览器会话、关联帐户以及首次和最后查看时间戳派生的不透明、带密钥的摘要。这支持近似的活动帐户和活动会话计数。状态存储不会接收原始会话 cookie、IP 地址或用户代理。

3. 如何使用信息

Cohuno 使用信息来验证授权用户的身份；提供、保护、排除故障并改进服务；运行您请求的工作流程和集成；就支持和服务变更进行沟通；计算并结算托管人工智能的使用情况；处理信用购买、退款和争议；保存财务记录；并防止误用。 Cohuno 不会出售个人信息或将工作区内容用于第三方广告。

4. 服务提供商和集成

Google processes Google sign-in information under its own terms. Email delivery providers process the address and message metadata needed to send verification messages. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data to operate Cohuno. Payment processors process checkout, payment, refund, and dispute information under their own privacy terms. When you use Cohuno-managed AI, Cohuno sends the information required for your requested action to an internally selected AI processor. When you connect an MCP server, knowledge source, or other tool, Cohuno sends the required information to that connected provider. Those third-party services apply their own privacy terms, and workspace administrators are responsible for the services they connect and configure.

5. Cookie 和会话安全

Cohuno 使用严格必要的 cookie 来保护 Google OAuth、电子邮件身份验证和验证支持请求并维护经过身份验证的会话。会话和请求保护 cookie 在生产中使用 HttpOnly、SameSite 和 HTTPS 保护进行签名和配置，签名的会话将在 12 小时后过期。 Cohuno 目前不在这些页面上使用广告 cookie。

6. 保留、安全和删除

Information is retained while needed to provide the workspace, comply with applicable obligations, maintain billing and transaction records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can also depend on the connected provider and the workspace administrator's configuration. Cohuno uses access controls, encrypted secret storage, private network boundaries, and transport security, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Unverified support submissions expire no later than 24 hours, while verified cases and their delivery history are retained as needed to answer the request, maintain service and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Presence rows older than 24 hours are eligible for bounded cleanup; the dashboard counts a session as active only within the configured short heartbeat window. Contact support to request account or workspace deletion; transaction, support, audit, and limited backup records may remain where retention is required.

7. 您的选择和权利

您可以选择要提供的工作流程、知识和第三方连接。您还可以在适用的情况下要求访问、更正、导出、反对、限制或删除个人信息。 Cohuno 可能需要在完成请求之前验证您的身份。您可能还有权联系当地的数据保护机构。

8. 国际使用、儿童和更新

Cohuno 和连接的提供商可能会在您所在国家/地区以外的国家/地区处理信息。该服务是为组织设计的，不针对 18 岁以下的儿童。此政策可能会随着服务或法律要求的发展而变化。重大变更将在此处反映，并附有新的生效日期。
